Senior Frontend Developer
Job Summary
Owning the technical direction for complex front-end features, the contract Senior Frontend Developer will work remotely to design scalable architectures, mentor team members, and integrate advanced React and Next.js solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design decisions and technical reviews for front-end features while mentoring junior developers
- Develop and implement scalable front-end architectures, ensuring clear separation of UI, business logic, and data access
- Integrate and optimize complex interactive graphics and state management solutions within applications
Required qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern hooks-based component design
- Proven expertise in designing reusable component libraries and managing consistent component APIs
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, SCSS, and responsive design principles
- Experience with REST API integration and defining API contracts with backend teams
- Demonstrated performance optimization skills, including profiling and lazy loading techniques
