Senior Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

To support the innovation team, the full-time Senior Frontend Engineer will design and scale async REST/WebSocket APIs in Python, implement multi-agent workflows, and integrate various LLM providers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and scale async REST/WebSocket APIs using clean architecture principles
• Implement multi-agent workflows to manage tasks among specialized LLM agents
• Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines against vector stores

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production backend systems in Python with async I/O
• Hands-on experience designing and scaling REST or async APIs
• Practical experience integrating LLM APIs and building AI-readiness into backend systems
• Strong relational database skills including schema design and query optimization
• End-to-end CI/CD ownership experience from build to deployment
