Senior Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

Experienced developers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Frontend Engineer, responsible for owning and evolving the shared frontend packages, designing reusable components for data-heavy applications, and setting the frontend testing strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the shared frontend packages, ensuring clear versioning and migration paths
• Design and build reusable, config-driven components for government applications, including data-heavy tables and dashboards
• Set the frontend testing strategy, implementing component tests, integration tests, and end-to-end coverage

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience building production web applications with expertise in React and TypeScript
• Experience owning a shared component library or frontend platform, including package publishing and version management
• Strong grasp of modern React features, including hooks and concurrent rendering
• Fluency with frontend build tools and testing frameworks, such as Vite, ESLint, and Jest
