Senior Frontend Engineer
Job Summary
Experienced developers will find a fully remote opportunity as a Senior Frontend Engineer, responsible for designing and building user-friendly frontend solutions for the Provet Patient Care Experience, while also managing backend components and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship robust frontend solutions using Vue 3 and Nuxt, while maintaining the legacy UI
- Develop backend components, including Django views and API endpoints, to support frontend features
- Act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for initiatives, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and timely delivery of products
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in Vue 3 and TypeScript
- Working experience with Python and Django, or a strong willingness to develop backend components
- Proven experience orchestrating AI coding agents for development tasks
- Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and building accessible user interfaces
- Experience with automated frontend testing and performance optimization for data-heavy applications
