Job Summary
As the technical architect of a unified web platform, the full-time Senior Staff Frontend Engineer will design and oversee the structure of the front end, manage performance, and lead the migration of existing applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Architect a unified web platform by designing module boundaries, routing, and shared state across multiple backend services
- Own the strategy for packaging and distributing front-end code, ensuring safe changes across shared libraries and components
- Lead the consolidation of existing web apps into the unified platform with minimal disruption to clients and users
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, primarily in front-end/UI development
- Deep expertise in React, Next.js, modern TypeScript, and build tooling
- Experience building or scaling large enterprise front ends composed of multiple services
- Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving UI performance issues
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on system-level thinking and user experience
