Senior Frontend Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support its lending business, the remote Senior Frontend Software Engineer will design, build, deploy, and own consumer applications and infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive engineering efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and build products that provide an exceptional customer experience for members
- Own design, testing, development, and delivery of new and existing features
- Mentor other frontend engineers and uphold code quality standards to deliver high-quality products
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building production React applications with expertise in React, hooks, and component architecture
- Proficient in ReactJS, CSS, GraphQL, JavaScript, and NodeJS, with working knowledge of Python and Java
- Experience with automated frontend testing and familiarity with AWS technologies (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway)
- BA/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong results-oriented mindset with the ability to scope, scale, and prioritize tasks
