Senior Fulfillment Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end redemption experience, the part-time Senior Fulfillment Manager will manage fulfillment operations, vendor relationships, and catalog strategies while working remotely from anywhere in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire redemption pipeline, including order intake, vendor routing, and shipping logistics
• Manage fulfillment vendors against SLAs and develop processes for handling complex fulfillment issues
• Lead catalog management efforts, sourcing new products, and ensuring a diverse and fresh selection for customers

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, fulfillment, or merchandising, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with merchandising or catalog management
• Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and negotiating terms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in spreadsheets and dashboards; familiarity with SQL is a plus
• Desire to build sustainable processes and relationships within a growing team
