Senior Full-Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Senior Full-Stack Developer will design, build, and ship features that enhance how pharma commercial teams engage with healthcare providers, working remotely and collaborating closely with product, design, and ML engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Own significant product capabilities end-to-end, from problem framing through design, implementation, deployment, and iteration
• Build accessible, data-rich user experiences using React and TypeScript, and maintain real-time computation services with AWS Lambda
• Design and maintain reliable, scalable APIs and backend services, while mentoring other engineers and contributing to architectural discussions

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience with significant ownership of frontend and backend systems
• Deep experience with React and TypeScript, along with a strong grasp of browser fundamentals and frontend performance
• Extensive experience designing and operating APIs or backend services under real production load
• Experience guiding coding AI agents and reviewing generated output while maintaining ownership of implementations
• A product-oriented mindset with clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
