Job Summary
To support a new engineering squad, the full-time Senior Full Stack Developer will build staff-facing applications and APIs using AI coding agents, manage feature development end-to-end, and mentor early-career engineers in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize AI coding agents for planning, implementing, testing, and refactoring code while ensuring quality and accountability
- Collaborate with product partners to convert lightweight briefs into agent-ready specifications and technical designs
- Mentor junior engineers and codify best practices into repeatable templates and playbooks for the squad
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus 5+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and a strong understanding of their effective use
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS, along with experience in building REST APIs
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, cloud hosting, and infrastructure as code
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems, particularly Git
