Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To contribute to a cross-functional team building transformative AI agents for HR and Finance, the full-time remote Senior Full Stack Engineer will collaborate with engineers to deliver AI-powered solutions, implement tooling strategies, and mentor teammates while ensuring effective integration within the Workday stack.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to deliver AI-powered agents that enhance HR and Financial workflows
- Participate in a supportive team culture that emphasizes learning and strong engineering practices
- Take ownership of multiple functional areas in the platform from development to production
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- 5+ years of experience with a web development framework, preferably Python (Flask, Django, or FastAPI)
- 2+ years of experience with React and Typescript for Full Stack development
- 2+ years of experience with a Relational Database, preferably PostgreSQL
- Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments, preferably AWS
