Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
Building services and interfaces on a cloud platform, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will work closely with product teams to develop features end-to-end, including REST APIs and single-page applications, while ensuring data ethics and patient data protection in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement features from product requests, focusing on first-time acceptance and minimal rework
- Engage in daily code reviews and maintain a consistent pace of contributions, shipping results multiple times a week
- Develop and optimize relational database schemas and queries, ensuring performance and compliance with data handling standards
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience in a modern language
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies, including containers and stateless application development
- Experience in relational database development with a broad understanding of various database engines
- Familiarity with version-controlled development environments
- Ability to adopt team patterns and engage in design discussions proactively
