Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To elevate engineering practices and mentor fellow developers, the full-time remote Senior Full Stack Engineer will lead the development of a mission-critical enterprise platform for managing product pricing across global markets, utilizing a modern technology stack including React, Spring Boot, and AWS.
Key responsibilities
- Drive technical excellence by improving code review quality, defining architectural patterns, and reducing technical debt
- Shape the team's engineering culture through mentorship, technical discussions, and coaching fellow engineers
- Implement AI-assisted software development practices to enhance team productivity and maintain high code quality standards
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years as a Senior Software Engineer or Technical Lead
- Expert-level knowledge of Java 17+ and Spring Boot, with a strong command of architecture and performance
- Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript, capable of designing scalable frontend architectures
- Deep knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization
- Proven experience in designing production-grade REST APIs and implementing comprehensive testing practices
