Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of features for youth basketball, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will build and enhance backend services and web applications, ensuring a seamless scoring and stats experience for coaches, families, and fans in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and improve backend services and APIs for basketball scorekeeping and stats
• Develop web features to make basketball stats accessible to users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated features and maintain system reliability

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience delivering backend services and APIs in production environments
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, and React for application development
• Experience in writing scalable, performant code with a focus on backend development
• Ability to independently design technical solutions and lead projects from inception to release
• Interest in sports, particularly basketball, and familiarity with scorekeeping or sports statistics
