Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Department of Homeland Security, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will work remotely, focusing on designing and maintaining large-scale APIs, integrating CI/CD pipelines, and modernizing legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and architecture of robust, scalable APIs for large enterprise-level applications
- Integrate and operate CI/CD pipelines used for building and releasing code and container images
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate React-based user interfaces with scalable APIs and provide solutions for legacy system migration
Required Qualifications
- Must have US citizenship and the ability to pass a Public Trust investigation
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 10 years of total work experience, with 5+ years in Java and 8+ years in Python
- Strong experience in developing responsive web apps using React and building RESTful microservices
- 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and deploying/operating in AWS or Azure Cloud environments
