Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Workforce Management product stream, responsible for building enterprise-scale solutions for forecasting, capacity planning, and operational reporting, utilizing Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement workforce planning and optimization capabilities using Java and Spring Boot
- Build microservices for forecasting, staffing calculations, and operational reporting
- Develop responsive workforce applications using TypeScript and React, ensuring accessible workflows for users
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with ownership of production applications
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts, including forecasting and scheduling
- Hands-on experience with Java and Spring technologies, particularly Spring Boot
- Solid frontend development experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience designing REST APIs and microservices in distributed environments
