Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Workforce Management product stream, responsible for building enterprise-scale solutions that support forecasting, capacity planning, and operational reporting, utilizing Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement workforce planning and optimization capabilities using Java and Spring Boot
- Build microservices for various workforce management functions, including scheduling and adherence
- Develop responsive applications using TypeScript and React, ensuring accessible workflows for users
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with ownership of production applications
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and experience with complex business rules engines
- Proficient in Java and Spring technologies, particularly Spring Boot and REST services
- Solid frontend development experience with React, TypeScript, and component-based design
- Experience designing REST APIs and microservices in distributed environments
