Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Workforce Management product stream, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will design and implement enterprise-scale solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and React, focusing on workforce planning, forecasting, and operational reporting in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement workforce planning and optimization capabilities using Java and Spring Boot
- Build microservices for forecasting, scheduling, and operational reporting
- Develop responsive workforce applications using TypeScript and React for various stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with ownership of production applications
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and processes
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST services, and frontend technologies like React or Angular
- Experience designing REST APIs and microservices in distributed environments
- Proven SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases
