Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the authentication and identity experiences for over 70 million users, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will build and ship features such as signup, login, and multi-factor authentication, while collaborating with Product and Security teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship authentication experiences including signup, login, and account recovery
- Manage the end-to-end services behind session and token lifecycles, including APIs for other teams
- Collaborate with Security to enhance the authentication surface and improve login conversion rates
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in authentication or identity-related roles
- Strong full-stack skills in TypeScript, Node.js, React, GraphQL, PostgreSQL or MySQL, and AWS
- Understanding of authentication fundamentals such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and MFA
- Experience with safely shipping changes to high-traffic systems using feature flags and staged rollouts
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and their application in software engineering
