Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To build enterprise-scale solutions in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Full Stack Engineer will design and implement workforce management capabilities using Java, Spring Boot, and React, while integrating with various systems to support operational reporting and real-time adherence in contact center environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and optimization capabilities using Java and Spring Boot
- Build microservices for operational reporting and adherence, and develop responsive applications using TypeScript and React
- Integrate workforce management capabilities with various platforms and maintain clear API contracts
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with ownership of production applications
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts, including forecasting and scheduling
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST services
- Solid frontend development experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience designing REST APIs and microservices in distributed environments
