Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Workforce Management product stream, where the candidate will design and implement enterprise-scale solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and React with TypeScript to enhance forecasting, scheduling, and operational reporting in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement workforce planning and optimization capabilities using Java and Spring Boot
- Build microservices for various workforce management functions, including forecasting and schedule generation
- Develop responsive applications with TypeScript and React, ensuring accessible workflows for users
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with ownership of production applications
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and processes
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST services
- Solid frontend development experience with React and TypeScript
