Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance workforce management solutions, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will build enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript, focusing on forecasting, scheduling, and operational reporting in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement workforce planning and optimization capabilities using Java and Spring Boot
- Build microservices for scheduling, adherence, and operational reporting while developing responsive applications with React and TypeScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate WFM capabilities with various systems and ensure efficient data modeling in PostgreSQL
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with ownership of production applications
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and experience with complex business rules engines
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST services
- Solid frontend development experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience designing REST APIs and microservices in distributed environments
