Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Workforce Management product stream, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will build enterprise-scale solutions for forecasting, scheduling, and operational reporting in a remote environment using Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement workforce planning and optimization capabilities using Java and Spring Boot
- Build microservices for various workforce management functionalities and develop responsive applications with TypeScript and React
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert needs into deliverable solutions and participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with ownership of production applications
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and experience with complex business rules engines
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST services, and frontend technologies like Angular or React
- Experience designing REST APIs and microservices in distributed environments
- Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases
