Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Workforce Management product stream, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will design and implement enterprise-scale solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript, focusing on workforce planning, forecasting, and operational reporting in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement workforce planning and optimization capabilities using Java and Spring Boot
- Build microservices for various workforce management functions, including forecasting and scheduling
- Develop responsive applications with TypeScript and React, ensuring accessible workflows for users
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with ownership of production applications
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and processes
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST services
- Solid frontend development experience with Angular or React and TypeScript
- Proven experience designing REST APIs and microservices in distributed environments
