Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
Bringing a builder mindset and a product-focused approach, the full-time remote Senior Full Stack Engineer will lead the development and scaling of Calendar features, owning the design and execution from concept to production while collaborating with Product and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical design and delivery of complex, user-facing Calendar features across the full stack
- Partner with Product to understand customer needs and define upcoming features
- Establish engineering standards and mentor other engineers in best practices
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of senior-level full-stack engineering experience with deep Ruby on Rails expertise
- Proven track record of delivering reliable production systems for millions of users
- Solid experience with Ember.js or React and their ecosystems
- Strong systems design knowledge across APIs, SQL, and multi-platform distributed systems
- Advanced fluency with AI coding tools like Cursor, Codex, and Claude Code
