Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To lead the development and scaling of customer-facing reporting solutions, the remote Senior Full Stack Engineer II will utilize expert knowledge in Ruby on Rails and backend development to create robust and scalable practice management reporting platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Build and enhance the next generation practice management reporting platform with a focus on user-friendly solutions
- Own the technical design and delivery of complex reporting requirements, including infrastructure and data-modeling improvements
- Collaborate with the product team to define features based on customer needs and proactively troubleshoot issues
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of senior-level full-stack engineering experience with deep expertise in Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks
- Experience with AI coding tools and large language models (LLMs)
- Strong SQL query-writing skills and familiarity with dbt
- Knowledge of OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or DynamoDB, and understanding of data warehouses like Snowflake or AWS Redshift
- Proven experience in designing and implementing large, scalable web applications
