Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To support cloud modernization initiatives for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the remote Senior Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain full stack applications and cloud-based solutions while collaborating with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack applications and cloud-based solutions
- Build AI-enabled applications and develop APIs, backend services, and user interfaces
- Own engineering deliverables from design through implementation, ensuring code quality and operational transition
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering or full stack development
- Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend and backend technologies such as React, TypeScript, Python, and Node.js
- Experience developing cloud-based applications using AWS and/or Azure
- Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted development, LLM integration, and workflow automation
- Ability to independently deliver complex technical solutions and communicate effectively with technical teams
