Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Department of Homeland Security, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will work remotely, focusing on designing and maintaining large-scale APIs, migrating data centers to SaaS solutions, and rearchitecting API infrastructure for scalability and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and architecture of robust, scalable APIs for large enterprise-level applications
- Integrate and operate CI/CD pipelines for building and releasing code and container images
- Collaborate with engineers to enhance API interactions and support legacy system modernization
Required Qualifications
- Must have US citizenship and the ability to pass a Public Trust investigation
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 10 years of total work experience, including 5+ years with Java and 8+ years with Python
- 5+ years developing responsive web apps using React and modern JavaScript
- 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and deploying in AWS or Azure Cloud environments
