Job Summary
Owning the construction of operational modules for the CX Platform, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and ship features from the React UI to Node.js services, driving operational efficiency in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build complete operational modules, ensuring end-to-end feature ownership from UI to backend services
- Design and ship modules that enhance the CX platform, focusing on high-density data views and complex workflows
- Implement secure integration layers that standardize data payloads and enforce authorization rules
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in React and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of web standards
- Strong Node.js skills with experience in designing and building REST APIs
- Experience in data modeling and writing performant queries for relational databases
- Hands-on experience with authentication and authorization flows, particularly Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
