Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end development of operational modules, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will build features from the React UI down to Node.js services, working remotely to enhance the CX platform's efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement complete operational modules, ensuring seamless integration from frontend to backend
- Develop high-density data views and internal tools that streamline workflows for operators
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions that improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a dynamic environment
- Advanced proficiency in React and TypeScript, with strong UI engineering skills
- Solid experience in Node.js and designing well-structured REST APIs
- Experience in relational data modeling and writing performant queries
- Hands-on knowledge of implementing security measures, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
