Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Workforce Management product stream, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will design and implement enterprise-scale solutions for forecasting, capacity planning, and operational reporting using Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement workforce planning and optimization capabilities using Java and Spring Boot
- Build microservices for scheduling, adherence, and operational reporting while developing responsive applications with TypeScript and React
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business needs into deliverable solutions and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development, including ownership of production applications
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and experience with complex business rules engines
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST services, and frontend technologies like Angular or React
- Experience designing REST APIs and microservices in distributed environments
- Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases
