Job Summary
Joining a cross-functional development team, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will operate independently during U.S. hours to support and onboard new clients, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to product development in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a hands-on contributor and technical support resource for the product
- Partner with the Product Owner to support and onboard new clients while translating client needs into technical requirements
- Contribute to the ongoing development, maintenance, and improvement of the product
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, PHP 8+, Symfony Framework, and Vue
- Experience with microservice architecture
- Ability to work directly with clients and manage technical coverage independently
- Strong technical background in software development
- Personable and comfortable in a client-facing role
