Job Summary
Designing and modernizing enterprise applications, the Senior Full Stack Engineer will work mostly remotely on a multi-year contract, focusing on transitioning legacy systems built in Java/Spring and .NET/ASP.NET to modern cloud-native architectures using Node.js, Angular/React, and TypeScript within an AWS environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and modern web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct in-depth legacy system analysis to identify opportunities for refactoring and modernization
Required qualifications
- Experience with Java/Spring and .NET/ASP.NET frameworks
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as Node.js, Angular, or React
- Familiarity with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, and API Gateway
- Experience integrating applications with relational and analytical data platforms like PostgreSQL, Oracle, and SQL Server
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices
