Job Summary
Designing, building, and scaling a payments platform, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will work remotely to develop web applications, robust APIs, and ensure application security using Python, Postgres, and modern frontend frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and architect exceptional web applications that exceed industry standards
- Build and ship robust APIs, integrating with internal, partner, and customer systems
- Design and optimize large database schemas and queries to meet performance objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience with Python, Postgres, and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Familiarity with Python web frameworks including Flask, FastAPI, and Django
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective software solutions
- A background in fintech is a plus, but not required
