Job Summary
Owning vertical projects end to end, the full-time Senior Full-Stack Engineer will design and launch AI-driven customer-facing products and internal tools, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including backend, frontend, deployment, and post-launch iterations
- Design and implement AI agents for customer interaction, ensuring measurable results
- Collaborate with the Lead AI Architect on system architecture and the ongoing enhancement of the AI platform
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on production system ownership
- Proficiency in using AI tooling to accelerate development, demonstrating a recent example of delivering projects significantly faster
- Strong knowledge of Python, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, REST/GraphQL, and cloud deployment (AWS preferred)
- Experience in agent orchestration and familiarity with LLM APIs, RAG, and vector databases
- Ability to make informed decisions on whether to build or adopt existing open-source solutions
