Job Summary
To support the development of a next-generation training and workforce readiness platform, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will build features end to end across the stack, including UI, API, data models, and deployment, while working remotely from Virginia.
Key responsibilities
- Build features end to end, taking work from requirement to production across the full stack
- Design and evolve the API layer, creating well-structured data contracts and managing authentication and authorization
- Own the data model by designing Postgres schemas, writing and tuning queries, and managing migrations
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience building and operating production web applications in a senior or lead capacity
- Strong expertise in Node.js and Express, including service layering and API versioning
- Deep knowledge of modern Angular development, including performance tuning in large applications
- Production experience with PostgreSQL, focusing on schema design and query optimization
- Experience with cloud-native delivery and containerized applications deployed to Kubernetes
