Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative sourcing products, the full-time Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Backend Leaning) will design and build features end-to-end, focusing on back-end systems, APIs, and integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build features from domain model to screen, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers
• Own back-end components including data models, service boundaries, and event flows, ensuring seamless integration with customer systems
• Review code for quality and design integrity, mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of asynchronous communication

Required qualifications

• Proven experience shipping production software across the stack, with a strong emphasis on back-end development
• Solid understanding of system design, clear interfaces, type safety, and effective testing practices
• Professional experience with at least one statically typed language such as Java, C#, Go, Kotlin, Scala, or Rust, in addition to TypeScript and Python
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and a disciplined approach to reviewing and owning code output
• Ability to quickly adapt to new domains and explain technical decisions clearly in writing
