Job Summary
To join a cross-functional development team, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will take initiatives from concept to production, design and build Java APIs, and mentor newer engineers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and rollout of large features in production B2B applications
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to scope features and propose cost-effective solutions
- Drive improvements in code health and maintainability while participating in on-call and incident response activities
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of large features
- Fluency in Java, including Java EE and/or Spring Boot, with experience in relational databases
- Proven experience shipping production React applications, ideally with TypeScript
- Experience modernizing or refactoring legacy systems while maintaining delivery
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and improve the skills of other engineers
