Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Full-Stack Engineer will design and manage Python services, GraphQL APIs, and AWS infrastructure while also contributing to the React/TypeScript frontend for a client in the mortgage industry.
Key responsibilities
- Design and own the GraphQL schema and Python services, ensuring alignment with frontend data flows
- Manage third-party integrations and certification processes for compliance with mortgage agencies
- Develop and maintain OCR pipelines to convert borrower documents into structured data
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of senior-level engineering experience with production systems
- Strong skills in Python and experience designing GraphQL APIs
- Hands-on experience with AWS, including deployment and debugging
- Familiarity with mapping application data to large XML schemas
- Working fluency in React and TypeScript for frontend feature development
