Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end engineering process, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will develop and enhance People products by building APIs, redesigning workflows, and ensuring data privacy while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Take early People products to production, creating a suite of experiences that provide personalized guidance and proactive support
- Redesign workflows across various systems, including Workday and Ashby, to streamline processes from headcount approval to onboarding
- Design a permissioning model for confidential People data, ensuring compliance with privacy and audit requirements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of systems from ambiguous problems to production
- Strong full-stack skills in React and TypeScript, with backend experience in Go, PHP, or Python
- Working knowledge of relational and non-relational data stores such as Postgres and DynamoDB
- Experience building internal tools or business systems and integrating with SaaS platforms through APIs
- Ability to operate autonomously and raise the technical bar for the team
