Senior Full Stack Java Engineer
Job Summary
Providing hands-on technical leadership, the full-time Senior Full Stack Java Engineer will design and develop scalable CX and contact center solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, and cloud-native practices while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead solution architecture and technical design for secure and highly available CX capabilities
- Design and develop Java and Spring Boot services, APIs, and integration components
- Guide frontend architecture for agent and supervisor experiences using React and TypeScript
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with substantial ownership of architecture and delivery for distributed applications
- Expert-level experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs
- Strong expertise in React and TypeScript for frontend architecture
- Knowledge of voice infrastructure and real-time communications technologies
- Experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases and cloud-native engineering
