Job Summary
To support the Workforce Management product stream, the full-time Senior Full Stack Java Engineer will design and implement enterprise-scale solutions for forecasting, scheduling, and operational reporting, utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and React with TypeScript in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement workforce planning and optimization capabilities using Java and Spring Boot
- Build microservices for forecasting, staffing calculations, and operational reporting
- Develop responsive workforce applications with TypeScript and React, ensuring accessible workflows
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development, including ownership of production applications
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts such as forecasting and scheduling
- Hands-on experience with Java and Spring technologies, particularly Spring Boot
- Solid frontend development experience with React, TypeScript, and component-based design
- Experience designing REST APIs and microservices in distributed environments
