Job Summary
To build enterprise-scale solutions for workforce management, the full-time Senior Full Stack Java Engineer will work remotely, utilizing Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript to develop scalable services and applications for forecasting, scheduling, and operational reporting in a contact center environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement workforce planning and optimization capabilities using Java and Spring Boot
- Build microservices and develop responsive workforce applications with TypeScript and React
- Integrate WFM capabilities with various platforms and maintain clear API contracts
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with ownership of production applications
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and related algorithms
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and frontend technologies like React or Angular
- Experience designing REST APIs and microservices in distributed environments
- Proven SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
