Job Summary
Joining the Workforce Management product stream, the full-time Senior Full Stack Java Engineer will design and implement enterprise-scale solutions for forecasting, capacity planning, and operational reporting in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement workforce planning and optimization capabilities using Java, Spring Boot, and domain-driven design practices
- Build microservices for various workforce management functions, including forecasting, scheduling, and adherence
- Develop responsive workforce applications using TypeScript and React, ensuring accessible workflows for all users
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with ownership of production applications
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts, including forecasting and scheduling
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST services
- Solid frontend development experience with Angular or React and TypeScript
- Experience designing REST APIs and microservices in distributed environments
