Senior Full Stack Java Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Full Stack Java Engineer to join the Workforce Management product stream, responsible for building enterprise-scale solutions for forecasting, scheduling, and operational reporting in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement workforce planning and optimization capabilities using Java, Spring Boot, and domain-driven design practices
- Develop responsive workforce applications with TypeScript and React, ensuring accessible workflows for users
- Integrate WFM capabilities with various systems, including CX platforms and databases, while maintaining REST APIs and microservices
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with ownership of production applications
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and experience with complex business rules engines
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and frontend technologies like Angular or React
- Experience designing REST APIs and microservices in distributed environments
- Proficient in SQL and data modeling in PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
