Senior Full Stack Java Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Workforce Management product stream, the full-time Senior Full Stack Java Engineer will design and implement enterprise-scale solutions for forecasting, scheduling, and operational reporting in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement workforce planning and optimization capabilities using Java, Spring Boot, and domain-driven design practices
- Build microservices for various workforce management functions, including forecasting and adherence, while developing responsive applications with React and TypeScript
- Integrate WFM capabilities with various platforms and maintain REST APIs, ensuring clear documentation and versioning standards
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with ownership of production applications
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and experience with complex business rules engines
- Hands-on experience with Java and Spring technologies, particularly Spring Boot and REST services
- Solid frontend development experience with React, TypeScript, and component-based design
- Experience designing REST APIs and microservices in distributed environments
