Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement workforce planning and optimization capabilities using Java and Spring Boot
- Build microservices for various workforce management functions, including forecasting and scheduling
- Develop responsive applications using TypeScript and React for users across the organization
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with production application ownership
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and processes
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST services, and frontend technologies like React or Angular
- Experience designing REST APIs and microservices in distributed environments
- Proficient in SQL and data modeling in PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
