Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer
Job Summary
To drive high-leverage projects from concept to completion, the full-time Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer will work remotely, collaborating with a diverse team to develop and update user-facing features while leading architectural decisions and producing technical documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and update user-facing features while collaborating with backend engineers to establish consistent APIs
- Lead cross-team architectural decisions and produce detailed technical specifications and documentation
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for new features, employing Agile practices to define and estimate project features
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- 5-7 years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer with a focus on feature ownership from design to delivery
- Professional experience with React, including components, hooks, and state management
- Python backend experience, ideally with async frameworks such as FastAPI or Starlette
- Experience with both NoSQL and relational databases, demonstrating knowledge of appropriate use cases
