Job Summary
Taking a hands-on leadership role, the full-time Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer will design, develop, and optimize web and mobile applications using Ruby on Rails and React, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system architecture and performance in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable APIs and services while integrating frontend components
- Drive improvements in system architecture through code reviews and design sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to define project timelines and influence technical direction
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development within a multi-service ecosystem
- Production experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and Docker
- Strong expertise in PostgreSQL and NoSQL data modeling

- Proven ability in technical leadership through code reviews and system design sessions
