Senior Fullstack Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in Mexico, the Senior Fullstack Engineer - Capacity & Matching Consultant will architect, build, and maintain Go-based backend services and React/TypeScript interfaces for the Gateway and Capacity Matching cluster, ensuring high availability and performance of core platform intelligence.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and maintain the full-stack matching-to-transaction infrastructure and algorithmic confidence scoring
- Optimize matching, scoring, and cost-optimization logic to meet precision and explainability standards
- Provide cross-coverage support for the RouteFinder and Site Prover cluster, ensuring operational reliability
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of professional full-stack engineering experience, with expertise in Go and React/TypeScript
- Experience in designing and tuning algorithmic matching and API gateway architectures
- Hands-on knowledge of relational databases (Postgres) and cloud deployments (AWS)
- Fluent in professional English for effective cross-border collaboration
- Experience with event-driven messaging and data pipeline integration
