Senior Fullstack Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the mortgage fulfillment process, the full-time remote Senior Fullstack Engineer will design and build AI systems that streamline workflows, improve agent reliability, and manage core infrastructure in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-step AI agents for mortgage fulfillment tasks, minimizing manual intervention
• Develop evaluation frameworks to assess agent performance and enhance system reliability
• Architect and maintain core infrastructure for agent operations, ensuring reliability and observability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in scalable cloud services
• Proven track record of managing AI or ML systems in production, from design to iteration
• Hands-on experience with eval pipelines, model serving, and third-party integrations
• Strong understanding of infrastructure challenges related to AI systems and a focus on measurement
